“ Just finished eating and what an excellent pizza. Had the Wilbur and loved the sweetness from the honey and their pepperonis are great tasting as well. Wood fired crusts are always good and theirs is exceptional. I don’t drink, but they carry Rocky Mountain Root Beer and it’s always good. Great dinner and will stop by again. ”
“ Really dedicated Pizza shop with a charming seating area. Mountain feel wood fired Pizza with authentic Italian sauce. Very enjoyable and came out in 7 minutes piping hot and delicious . The place was busy at 6 pm. Parking is a little tight, but no problem. My happy hour chese Pizza was 10 bucks Highly recommend. ”
“ There's a special palisade peach with fresh burrata that is so delicious as an appetizer. The pizzas are wood fired with a great crispy dough. Personally love the arugala salad with green apple, feta, and pecans. Great stop if you're coming from Golden Gate Canyon State Park and you can't get a car spot for hiking. Definitely coming by again. Love the backyard outdoor space. ”
“ Honestly, one of the best food from our 3 week of travel in america. Almost all food so far had been mediocre, but this place knew how to do great food. Dough was chewy and tasty (though we have to say that the pizza of the month was a bit experimental), meatball sliders were delicious, burrata was mouth wateringly good. Would love to visit again if we get the chance. ”
“ It was a quick drive from the KOA. My friends and I will definitely will be back. My husband and I enjoy the pepperoni and mushroom pizza. The crust was the best part. The pepperoni were tiny, cute, and tasty. Please check out my photos. ”
“ We eat here about twice a month and it’s always great! We’ve been around to a lot of different pizza places and this is by far our favorite. The staff is so sweet and they’re always playing great tunes which makes for a fun pizza night with our family. Tonight we showed up ten minutes past closing expecting to have to figure out something else for dinner. Even though they were cleaning up for the night they still made us a few pizzas to go. We’re so grateful to have a place like this near our house. ”
“ Great spot off peak-to-peak hwy near Coal Creek. Pepperoni pizza and harvest salad, yum! Pizza crust was thin and crisp, with plenty of cupping pepperoni Harvest salad was really nice, with just enough sweet to counter the bitter arugula. Update: still great! ”
“ I live here, so this is my local place and I've been probably a dozen times. Beautiful views, rustic but modern setting -- excellent pizza (I recommend the Southside, pictured), with a pretty quick turnaround, reasonable prices, and staff who are good people and who care about the food & experience. Laid-back, yet culinary, with a small menu that includes seasonally rotating specialties. Very unique slice of mountain life in the very small town of Rollinsville (which also includes a distillery, brewery, and zen center). ”
